Defect Summary

Autocar, llc (autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2025 e-actt vehicles. a software error may allow the vehicle to rollaway while on an incline and cause an engine stall.

Safety Consequence

A vehicle rollaway and an engine stall increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed july 30, 2025. owners may contact autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. autocar's number for this recall is actt-2501.
