Defect Summary
Jaguar land rover north america, llc (land rover) is recalling certain 2020 range rover evoque vehicles. the cover for the right-side lower knee air bag may come loose, allowing the air bag cushion to unfold.
Safety Consequence
An improperly folded air bag may not deploy as intended, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the right-side lower knee air bag module, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed june 6, 2025. Owners may contact land rover's customer service at 800-637-6837. land rover's number for this recall is n978.
