Defect Summary

Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025 keystone kodiak, colorado 260rbc, 270bhc, 280bhc, and sunset travel trailers. the 7-way cord and 12-volt distribution box were wired incorrectly, resulting in wiring with insufficient surge protection.

Safety Consequence

Unprotected electrical wiring can overheat and increase the risk of a fire.

Corrective Action

Dealers will repair the wiring, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed march 25, 2025. owners may contact keystone customer service at 866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 25-463.
