Defect Summary

The involved helmets may not meet the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 218, "motorcycle helmets", due to inadequate impact penetration resistance.

Corrective Action

Manufacturer will repair all defective helmets by inserting a new crown and interior, free of charge.
