The furnace on the involved vehicles may have been improperly installed. Consequently, when the furnace is in service, a down draft or suction may be created within the refrigerator cabinet. Furthermore, this down draft could cause the flame to be drawn down over the top of the burner.

The dealer will install veneer panels over an access opening at the bottom of the refrigerator cabinet to eliminate the down draft. This will be performed free of charge.
