Defect Summary

The involved vehicles may be in non-compliance to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 121, "air brake systems", due to improper positioning of the controller module. This module is mounted 90 degrees from its proper orientation and this causes the anti-lock system to become inoperative. Also, the brake reaction time may be slow.
