Defect Summary

The involved anti-lock system contains an electrical component that is not of eaton specifications. Also, an opening of a solder connection exists between the printed circuit board and another electrical component. This can cause the anti-lock valve solenoid (coiled current conducting wire) to be continuously energized. The brakes in the axle, being controlled by the affected anti-lock system, may become inoperative.

Corrective Action

Defective controllers will be replaced without charge to owners.
