The seat material used in the involved vehicles does not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 302, "flammability of interior materials". The vehicles involved are equipped with passenger seats constructed with padding that will burn at a rate exceeding the standard limit of four inches per minute.
Corrective Action
The dealer will replace the existing seatback and cushion with material which conforms to the standard.
