Defect Summary
Vehicles fail to meet the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 222, "school bus passenger seating and crash protection". The seat back cushions may not be soft enough and the seat frames may not have been installed to provide sufficient clearance between the seats.
Corrective Action
Improper seat spacing will be corrected and new seat pads will be installed at no cost to owners.
