Defect Summary

A material problem exists in the steel from which the axle spindles were made. As a result, the spindles may have a tendency to fracture when subjected to repeated jolts or stress. These jolts or continued stress may cause the wheel and tire to detach from the trailer.

Corrective Action

Dealer will replace defective spindles at no cost to owner.
