Defect Summary

Absence of required markings, such as the department of transportation symbol, serial identification number, manufacturer"s identification, week and year of manufacture. Tires do not comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109, "new pneumatic tires".

Corrective Action

Tires will be replaced within 60 days of owner"s notification without charge.
