Battery cables may rub against brackets or other metal components causing the possibility of electrical shorts. This may be due to missing tie-down clamps, incorrect routing of battery cables, or lack of preventive maintenance.
Corrective Action
All damaged or worn cables will be replaced, cable routing will be corrected and cables will be covered with flexguard to prevent wear.
