Tires failed to meet the high speed test requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard 109, new pneumatic tires. Tires may develop ply separation at the edge of the belt.
Corrective Action
Tbc corporation will undertake a recall. Tires will be replaced within 60 days of owner notification.
