Defect Summary

The pintle hook does not have adequate reinforcement at the rear mounting plate and can eventually crack. Pintle hook could completely disengage.

Corrective Action

Pintle hook will be inspected and any cracks will be repaired. Reinforcement will be added with two vertical gussets.
