Defect Summary
Non oil-resistant heater hose was used instead of the correct power steering suction hose. This hose allows the power steering fluid to pass to the pump from the fluid reservoir. Hose will swell and fall out of place and the power steering fluid will leak out.
Corrective Action
Upon inspection, the correct hose will be installed if necessary.
