Defect Summary
Some of the bolts attaching the brake assembly to the axle may fracture without warning. If one or more of these bolts fracture, it may result in rear brake assembly damage and brake ineffectiveness on the rear axle.
Corrective Action
The three long bolts in each brake assembly will be inspected for a code number, and bolts will be replaced at no charge to the owner.
