Defect Summary

Seat buckle failed when crash tested in accordance with fmvss # 213 in the forward facing reclining position. consequence of defect: buckle failure could result in injury in case of an accident.

Corrective Action

A kit will be furnished to replace buckle and crotch strap assembly.
