Defect Summary

Malfunction after usage which could result in no signal, continuous signal or rapid signal rate. Fail to conform to fmvss 108. consequence of defect: failure to properly signal direction of vehicle to traffic. Could possibly result in an accident.

Corrective Action

Full refund to be allowed to all customers upon return of the flasher.
