Defect Summary

The hazard warning flashers fail to meet requirements of the durability test. Devices do not survive the test period or fail flash rate or starting time requirements. consequence of defects: failure to properly signal hazard of vehicle to traffic. This could possibly result in an accident.

Corrective Action

All returned flashers will be replaced with complying units.
