Defect Summary

Missing grommet in two piece truck tube valve. consequence of defect: if the grommet is missing it will cause a slow air leak around the valve connection. This condition could result in tire deflation and vehicle control problems.

Corrective Action

Tubes will be replaced with proper valve grommets.
