Defect Summary

Ranger dual rear wheels may fail due to a set screw in the toyota rear drum. consequence of defect: continued use of these wheels cause the wheel to crack in and around the bolt area. This may result in serious damage to the motor home and possibly cause an accident.

Corrective Action

Replace with toyota inner rear dual wheels.
