Defect Summary

Nut safety clip securing steering wheel was omitted after replacement leather steering wheel was installed. consequence of defect: steering wheel securing nut may loosen and allow the wheel to be pulled off the steering column resulting in total loss of steering control, which could result in an accident.

Properly install steering wheel nut securing clip.
