Defect Summary

Certification label fails to meet requirements of fmvss #126 "truck camper loading." also, required information is missing from owner's manual. consequence of defect: due to the lack of information in the owner's manual there is a possibility of overloading and improper weight distribution which could result in adverse vehicle handling, which may cause an accident.

Corrective Action

Rivet certification label to camper and provide necessary information for owner's manual.
