The brake wheel cylinder assembly experiences piston failure as a result of the composition of the material and causes the piston center link to be driven through the piston component. consequence of defect: the piston failure will result in loss of hydraulic line pressure and a complete loss of the vehicle's braking ability.
Corrective Action
Vehicles will be inspected and repaired where necessary.
