Defect Summary

The six position fuse junction block may have a bus bar installed on the secondary side of the fuse box. consequence of defect: the circuits will not be properly protected, and if one of the attached secondary wires experiences a short circuit, it would create a potential for a vehicle fire.

Corrective Action

Remove the bus bar which was installed in error.
