Defect Summary

An interference with the fit of the wheel to the front hub lugs could result in loosening of the lug nuts while driving. consequence of defect: loosened wheel lug nuts may cause the wheel to become detached from the motorhome which results in loss of steering control and cause an accident.

Corrective Action

Replace wheel rims with rims that do not interfere.
