Defect Summary

The malleable iron rear hubs may exhibit cracks. also, the front axle hubs may have not been properly heat treated.

Safety Consequence

Axle hubs may crack starting at point where wheel studshave been pressed into the hub.

Corrective Action

Replace axle hub, as necessary.
