Defect Summary

Seat belt mounting bolts on the inboard side of riders seat may have been undertorqued.

Safety Consequence

Bolts may loosen and eventually separation of the beltassembly for the mounting bracket could occur. in an sudden panic stop thepassenger would not be restraint and possible injury would result.

Corrective Action

Inspect bolts and properly torque.
