Defect Summary

Due to metal fatigue, cracking and breaking of the front axle beam center could occur.

Safety Consequence

Should fatigue crack in the beam completely break orrupture during normal operation it could lead to loss of control and thepossibility of vehicle crash.

Corrective Action

The axle beam centers will be replaced on all involved vehicles.
