Defect Summary

Headlamps have no provision for mechanical aiming as required by fmvss 108. Also, lamps do not contain d.o.t. Symbol which confirms compliance with fmvss 108.

Safety Consequence

This could result in headlamps not being properly aimed,affecting driver visibilty and vehicles would not conform with fmvss 108.

Corrective Action

Refund purchase price of the headlamps.
