Seat buckle and tongue may not properly engage when latched and would not meet requirements of fmvss 213.
Safety Consequence
Latch mechanism may appear to be locked, but it is falsely locked; the latch could come open and eject the child in an accident or sudden stop, substantially reducing the protection provided to the child.
Corrective Action
