Defect Summary

Headlamps have no provision for mechanical aiming, do not comply with environmental criteria, and do not contain the d.o.t. Symbol as required by fmvss 108.

Safety Consequence

This would cause improper lighting, and vehicles would not comply with fmvss 108.
