Defect Summary

All designated seating positions do not contain seat belts as required by fmvss 208.

Safety Consequence

Passengers in seating positions without seat belts would be subject to greater injury than if properly belted.

Corrective Action

Install seat belts at designated seating positions where missing and assure seat belts are anchored with materials that comply with fmvss 209.
