Defect Summary

Child restraint failed head and knee excursion requirements of fmvss 213.

Safety Consequence

Child would be subject to greater injury in a sudden stopor accident.

Corrective Action

Replace ultara ii seat shells with champion seat shells, and use the ultara ii t-shields with the champion seat shells. for more information please contact evenflo at 800-233-5921.
