Defect Summary

The foam seat cushions fail to conform to fmvss 213; the seat burns at a rate faster than permitted.

Safety Consequence

Occupants of the seat would be exposed to increased riskof injury in the event of fire or extreme heat.

Corrective Action

Replace the foam seat cushion with new seat cushion.
