The bottom cushion of the child safety seat failed to meet the flammability requirements of fmvss 213.

Safety Consequence

The occupant of such a child safety seat would beexposed to increased risk of burn injury in the event of a fire.

Corrective Action

Replace the seat cushions on perfect fitt model 180-200.
