Defect Summary

The instruction sticker attached to the child seat is incorrect, since it was written for a different model of kolcraft child seat.

Safety Consequence

The instruction sticker is not specific to the model ofthe childseat it is attached to; there is a possibility of incorrectinstallation of the traveler 700 childseat in a forward facing postition. Also,the seat is not in compliance with fmvss 213.
