Defect Summary

The black plastic push pins used to attach the pads to seat structure can be removed by children.

Safety Consequence

If the child puts the pin in its mouth, the pin presents a choking hazard.

Corrective Action

Replacement push pins of a new design and appropriate instructions will be sent to seat owners to replace the defective push pins.
