Defect Summary

When applying the foot (service) brake in the low vehicle speed condition, the braking power produced may be more than expected.

Safety Consequence

The unexpected braking power could result in rear brakelockup and the vehicle becoming difficult to control.

Corrective Action

Replace brake shoe assembly with improved assembly.
