Defect Summary

The helmet did not pass four of the five testing categories of fmvss 218, "motorcycle helmets."

Safety Consequence

The helmet does not comply with the requirements offmvss 218, and would fail to adequately protect wearer in the event of anaccident or collision.

Refund the full purchase price of the defective helmets.
