Exposed turn-down endings at the bead toe can allow air to permeate into the tire's carcass causing separation and premature failure.
Safety Consequence
Tires do not comply with fmvss 119. This condition cancause tread separation or premature failure of the tire.
Corrective Action
Tires will be replaced, mounted and balanced at no charge to consumer within sixty(60) days of the receipt of notice of recall.
