Defect Summary

Some tires were overcured because of an intermittent press cure timer malfunction.

Safety Consequence

The overcured condition can cause premature failure oftires in service, which could result in loss of vehicle control and a vehicleaccident.

Corrective Action

Tires will be replaced free of charge within 60 days of the notification of defect.
