Installation of safety belt anchorage bolts failed to comply with fmvss 210.
Safety Consequence
Incorrect installation of safety belt anchorages couldresult in failure of the safety belts to restrain seat occupants in the eventof a sudden stop or accident, and could result in injury to the seat occupant.
Corrective Action
Tighten the d-ring anchorage bolts to the pillar post to the correct torque.
