The main bunk rectangular tubing at the end of the corner gussets can develop stress cracks.
Safety Consequence
The cracks could develop into a complete fracture of thebunk and result in loss of the cargo which could cause property damage, personalinjury, and an accident if loss of cargo occurred on a highway.
Corrective Action
A new, redesigned replacement bunk will be supplied.
