Defect Summary

An impression at the left edge of the serial identification number, caused by a bent serial identification tin, has damaged the tires.

Safety Consequence

The impression in the sidewall can result in prematurefailure of the tire in service.

Corrective Action

These tires will be replaced free of charge if returned for replacement within 60 days of the date of notification.
