Defect Summary

The end caps on the window shades are faulty causing the shades to come loose and fall down.

Safety Consequence

Failure of the shades during operation of the vehicleobstructs the vision of the driver, creating the potential for an accident.

Corrective Action

Glaval will replace the three (3) string shades.
