Defect Summary

The lamp bulbs have an optical offset problem and do not conform to fmvss no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."

Safety Consequence

The head lamp bulbs would not provide the proper lightingwhen in use.

Corrective Action

Tyc will reimburse consumers for these headlamp replacement bulbs.
