Defect Summary
At the taper pin end of the torque rod is a metal and rubber bushing. this bushing begins to unseat, or "walks-out."
Safety Consequence
Once the bushing begins to walk out, the torque rod can break allowing the rear axle of the bus to improperly track leading to a loss of control.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the rear lower torque rods.
