Defect Summary

Equipment description: aftermarket cruise control units sold by audiovox, moss motors, s&s automotive and warshawsky. these aftermarket cruise control units can accelerate above the intended set speed.

Safety Consequence

Unintended vehicle acceleration can occur increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace these aftermarket cruise control units with newly designed cruise control units.
