Defect Summary

Equipment description: lp gas operated ranges. the manifold assembly can, under certain operating conditions, allow for gas leakage at the gasket surface between the oven control and manifold.

Safety Consequence

If an ignition source is present, fuel leakage can result in a fire.

Corrective Action

Dealers will install a new manifold assembly.
